Why this exists

Here's the thing about AI tools: they're genuinely, obviously more useful to an individual than they are to a company. Companies spend six months in procurement, eight months in implementation, and two years arguing about governance. You? You can open a browser tab and do something remarkable in an afternoon. That asymmetry is one of the more interesting things happening in the world right now, and most people are completely missing it.

I built this because I didn't want you to miss it.

We were taught to "chat" with LLMs, but the real power arrives when you install skills: simple text files that give the model a whole new set of context and custom instructions. It's like The Matrix, when Neo gets kung fu installed in his brain. There's no reason you can't install recruiting, communication, and branding superpowers exactly the same way.

The library

Each skill is a text file with one job. Install it once (guide below) and it works every time. They also work together: several skills read the same context files (your canvas, your company brief), so the library gets smarter about your company as you use it.

The coaches

Thinking partners for the conversations where your work gets funded, approved, or ignored.

The Employer Brand Strategist Coach — works through positioning and strategy questions with you before they become deliverables.

The Consultative Recruiter Coach — sharpens how recruiters advise hiring managers instead of taking orders from them, one live situation at a time.

The Executive Communication Coach — reshapes whatever you need leadership to hear into the frame executives decide in: cost, risk, speed, outcome. Then preps you for the pushback.

The Strategic Brief Writer — turns a messy situation into a tight brief with the point first and a specific ask at the end.

The Business Language Translator — converts talent-team language into business language, so "employer brand investment" arrives as cost reduction and capacity.

The Skeptic Coach — reads your draft the way your toughest stakeholder will, and asks the hard questions before anyone else can.

The intake and search system

Tools that turn hiring conversations into usable search material instead of vibes.

Pre-Intake Meeting Prep — does your homework before intake: the market, competitor postings, and the questions worth asking, so the meeting starts with evidence instead of a blank form.

Intake Meeting Transcript Processor — turns an intake recording into an actionable role document, catching the offhand truths that never make it into approved copy.

Hiring Manager Profile Builder — builds a working profile of the manager: how they decide, what they undervalue, what candidates will ask about them.

The Role Playbook — generates a full set of search materials from a single intake: post, outreach angles, screening guidance, and interview framing.

The Pipeline Strategist — plans how a role actually gets filled: where the right people are, what will move them, and what to do when the pipeline stalls.

The context tools

Files that teach every other skill about your company, once.

Choosability Canvas Formatter — turns your brand strategy into a context file every other skill can read, so your positioning shows up in everything without being re-pasted.

Company Brief Builder — the durable one-page brief of what your company is, proves, and offers.

Team Brand Context Builder — the same, one level down: what this team is actually like to work in.

Engagement Survey Extractor — mines open-text survey responses for employer brand intelligence: the proof, the tradeoffs, and the language your employees already use.

The quality filters

Run before anything ships. Cheaper than the market's version of the same feedback.

BS & Cliché Detector — flags the claims candidates have learned to skim: the mush, the wallpaper, the sentences any competitor could sign.

Content Alignment Tester — checks a piece of content against your canvas and brief: is this on-strategy or just on-brand-colors?

Reverse Persona — reads your content the way a candidate would and tells you who it is really speaking to, and who is reading it and thinking "not for me." No rewrites, no scores. Just who is in the room and who you left outside.

Value Translator — turns what a role offers into what a candidate would actually feel, converting features of the job into reasons to choose it.

The operations tools

For the parts of the job that answer to finance and process.

Talent P&L Builder — builds the financial case for your function in language your CFO speaks, working from estimates when that is all you have.

Hiring Process Mapper — synthesizes stakeholder interviews into an honest picture of how hiring actually works at your company, as opposed to how the process doc says it does.

Download everything

One zip, every skill, each as an installation-ready .md file with a plain-language guide covering what to bring, what to expect, and how to get the most from it. Unzip it, skim the guides, install the two or three you will use this week, and come back for the rest when the need shows up. No email required.

How to install a skill

Every skill file contains a section called Prompt / System Instruction. That block of text is the skill. Installing means putting that block where your AI reads it automatically.

In Claude (recommended home). Create a Project. Paste the skill's instruction block into the Project's custom instructions. Save. Every conversation in that project now runs the skill. Upload your context files (canvas, company brief) to the same project and every skill conversation gets your brand context free.

In ChatGPT. Create a Custom GPT (Explore GPTs → Create → Configure). Paste the instruction block into Instructions, upload context documents to Knowledge, set visibility to "Only me." Requires a paid plan; on free plans, use the paste method below.

In Gemini. Create a Gem (sidebar → Gems → New Gem). Paste the instruction block into Instructions; paste your context directly beneath it. Requires a paid Google plan.

The universal fallback. No setup at all: paste the instruction block as the first message of a conversation, then follow it immediately with your actual content. Works everywhere, costs you the paste each time.

Three tips that prevent most frustration. Skills you will use weekly (the coaches, the filters) belong in permanent Projects, GPTs, or Gems; situational skills (Role Playbook, Talent P&L Builder) are fine as one-off pastes. Specific inputs produce specific outputs; vague inputs produce vague outputs, every time. And estimates beat blanks: the Talent P&L Builder in particular is built to work with imperfect numbers, so do not wait for perfect data.

Where to start

If you install only one thing today: run Reverse Persona on your longest-open job post. Ten minutes, and you will find out who your post has been quietly telling to leave. Then let The Executive Communication Coach help you explain the findings to whoever owns that req.

And when you want your message tested against a full synthetic audience instead of a single lens, that is what [The Panel] does.

Let's grow your company

The cheapest way to fix your pipeline is to stop sounding like everyone else.

Why should the talent your business depends on choose you?

If it takes you more than one sentence, that's the problem.
